It's hard to really say what the best music really is, but when I hear this album again I always think it's the best there ever has been.

It's been a long time since I owned MOONDANCE. There has been some debate on which is Van Morrisons best album. Come on. This is it.
I just got the new print on vinyl and it is hella nice. Opening right off with its smooth, somewhat surreal but innocent AND IT STONED ME. We used to cover that bit at the Yardrock back in the day. Every song is just as good as the one it's next to on this album,,, theres no "this ones brilliant," or "he's such a genius," on this one folks. Just ten solid tracks that bring it home. And nothing can match the singability... CARAVAN, INTO THE MYSTIC, GREETINGS FROM NEW YORK... even CRAZY LOVE... eventually they will all win you over.
Only plan on buying one VAN MORRISON album? MOONDANCE. absolutely (...on vinyl!)
2009-09-04 Got the wrong record label??!!
I ordered the Rhino Records reissue (vinyl) as mentioned on the listing but instead Amazon sent me an old Warner Bros LP. What gives??
