The second time I used this cart, to bring groceries home, the front legs and one of the wheels snapped with large cracks and the bottom fell out. I didn't return it because the cost of postage was more than the refund would have been. I'm trying glue (Household Goop) to repair it...but it seems not to stick well to the plastic used in the cart.

I purchased this product for a quick, easy way to move items to the office daily. Meets all my expectations. Good quality, sturdy, wheels work well. Too early to tell how it'll hold up over time since its new, but the construction looks like it will last. The collapsible feature isn't something that I really needed, but its nice to have if ever needing to make more space.

It is very convenient to store in the trunk for bringing in packages. I love the cover too, it keeps out rain and it acts as a platform for flat packages.

I ordered this May 2010. Two weeks ago the bottom hinge broke. Past the 30 day return of course. It sorta still works but it doesn't hold the 80 lbs. it claims. After the bottom hinge broke I still used it. I put about 40 lbs in it and the bottom fell out. Worthless. Don't waste your money.

Great product! Took my papers to accountant and half filled cart and worked great! Easy to get in and out of van. Can tote things to Mom's more easily. Used it to tote cleaning supplies and small vacumn cleaner to Museum to clean pioneer cabin.
