Spoon have offered up a shiver-inducing cover of the Cramps’ maniacal cut “TV Set,” a fitting contribution to the soundtrack for the upcoming reboot of the Eighties horror franchise, Poltergeist.

Though more hi-fi than the Cramps’ original off their 1980 LP, Songs the Lord Taught Us, Spoon’s rendition of “TV Set” is otherwise faithful….
